We hold everything on-site at 3 St Peters Rd. If something shows as available, it's here. We pull lines rather than make promises we can't keep.
Named brands only
Mammut, Black Diamond, Petzl, Osprey, Beal, Leki, Terra Nova, Fenix. No private-label stuff with borrowed names — all kit we'd use ourselves.
Straight returns policy
14 days, no questions, as long as the kit is clean and undamaged. Ropes that have taken a load we can't accept back — that's standard across the industry, not a policy choice.

Most orders dispatched same day if placed before 2pm weekdays. Express 1–2 day delivery is £9.99 at checkout.

FAQ
How long does delivery take?
Standard is 3–5 working days from Plymouth. Express (1–2 days) is £9.99 at checkout. Orders before 2pm on weekdays usually go out the same day.
Are the ropes in stock or drop-shipped?
We hold stock on-site. If a line runs low we remove it from the site rather than promise dates we can't keep.
Can I return a headlamp I've tested outside?
Yes, within 14 days if it's clean and undamaged. Tested means turned on — not dropped in a river. Faults we sort regardless of when you bought it.
Do you have a physical shop?
Yes — 3 St Peters Rd, Plymouth PL5 3DE. Mon–Fri 9:00–17:30. Call ahead on +44 1752 724309 if you want to try kit so we can have it ready.
What's the difference between a dry and non-dry rope?
Dry-treated ropes have a water-repellent coating on the core, sheath or both. In wet conditions or snow a non-dry rope can absorb water, gain weight and lose elasticity. For UK outdoor use, dry treatment is worth it.
